Solidarity During Suffering: Coping with Historical Trauma and Social Injustice

(Saturdays at 4:00, Virtual, 6-weeks)

This group offers a safe space for members to process their emotions related to oppression, social justice, and genocide. Aiming to compassionately hold ancestral and historical traumas, this group will provide members with skills, community, and safety.

Facilitated by Mehak Hafeez, LCPC, members can find solace and solidarity as they navigate the complex journey of grieving during genocide. Together, they will foster healing, resilience, and a sense of community.
